As a CoLux owner, you have the flexibility to sell your ownership share at any time. Each co-owner has independent control over the sale, making it easier than traditional timeshare models. When you’re ready to sell, let us know, and we’ll provide you with a current market analysis (CMA) based on local data and comparable sales. The final sale price is up to you, giving you the power to set the price after reviewing the CMA and considering guidance from CoLux or your own research.

2. Leverage Our Network
Before listing your share, we’ll notify other co-owners that a share is available, giving them the first right of refusal. Owners can be the easiest buyers—they already know and love the property. Additionally, we maintain a pipeline of potential buyers, and we’ll notify those who have shown interest in similar properties or who may have missed an opportunity previously. In many cases, you might sell your share without even needing to list it on the open market.

3. Full Marketing Support
At CoLux, we provide full support for owners looking to resell their shares. We begin by marketing your share to existing CoLux owners and our network of interested buyers. If necessary, we’ll also list your share on our platform and collaborate with local agents to hold open houses and broaden exposure.
